Adult Education
Committee
This active
group participates in and provides diverse educational opportunities
for adult members through events such as Torah study, book
discussions, Hebrew and Yiddish classes, overnight retreats,
and guest lectures. Planning for these activities and events
goes on all year 'round and new ideas are welcomed.
TORAH STUDY - Each Saturday afternoon at 2:30 PM in the temple library. No prior Torah study necessary, only a desire to enjoy a moment of Shabbat holiness with fellow members of your congregation. If you have any questions or comments, please contact David Binkovitz at dbinkovitz2@aol.com or call at 262-1851.
TEN MINUTES OF TORAH: A daily learning opportunity at your computer. Learn more about this and other listservs by going to the URJ (Union for Reform Judaism) website (http://urj.org) or subscribe by e-mailing TMT@SHAMASH.ORG.
Grants from the Columbus Jewish Federation and donations to the Adult Education fund help to support some of our Adult Education programs.
