The Chicken Soup Cook-off was very successful and we will be able to sponsor a good number of children who wish to go to summer camp. Thanks in particular to Jeff Wasserstrom and Rick Kleban, but there were a number of others whose contribution was instrumental in the success of the evening.

Brotherhood is growing. We have 81 members and there is still time to sign up if you have forgotten or if you know someone who wants to join. Get in on the fun!

We are recruiting for Board positions. If you would like to be in a position of leadership, we would love to hear from you. Jeff Wasserstrom is the lead person in this, but you can send recommendations to the Brotherhood and we will get them.

Thanks to all who participated in the joint Sisterhood/Brotherhood Shabbat on February 26. We attended an OSU hockey game on February 27, and are planning our annual trek to the Comedy Club soon.

Upcoming Brotherhood Events:

Our monthly “Guys’ Night Out” dinner will be held on March 17, (3rd Wednesday of the month.) We meet at the Rusty Bucket in the Hills Market shopping center. All Brotherhood members are welcome, but please RSVP to David Binkovitz (dbinkovitz2@aol.com.)

Our next Brotherhood meeting will be March 14 (2nd Sunday of the month) at 7:00 PM at the temple. We would like to hear your ideas for having fun, your assistance in planning events, and just to meet and get to know you better. That’s what it’s all about!
