Join us for an open-mic- style program where 10 presenters will share short slide-supported teachings on anything Jewish: famous Jewish baseball players, global Jewish foods, fascinating Hebrew roots… the more unexpected, the better!
8:00 PM – Light in a Time of Darkness: Explore with Rabbi Kellner wisdom from the Torah through the lens of Rabbi Kalonymous Kalmish Shapira, the Rabbi of the Warsaw Ghetto. What messages did he share with his people in a time of utter darkness? How did he give them light? How did he inspire them to hold onto hope.
9:00 PM – Shavuot Ritual & Reflection: We’ll conclude with a short, meaningful ritual as we honor the gift of Torah and the power of gathering in community.
